Mango Pudding

In a bowl, add 1 tbsp gelatine, 1/2 cup cold water. Soak for 10 mins.

Take another bowl, add 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Switch off the flame and add soaked gelatine.

Add 2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup condensed milk, 2 cup mango puree and mix well.

Grease a bowl and add the mixture into it. Put it in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
The Divine blissful Mango Pudding is ready to be served cold with cream and nuts.
Mango kulfi

In a pan, add 2 cups of milk heat it on low flame. Simmer and add sugar.

Add 2 cups of cornflour into the milk and stir well so that no lumps are formed.

Let the mixture cool and then add 2 cups of mango puree to it.

Add chopped dry fruits to the mixture and pour it into moulds.

Freeze it for 10 hours and serve chilled.
Mango kulfi is ready and its tantalizing taste has too-good-to-be-real effect on the taste buds.
Aamras

Peel 2 mangoes and chop it into pieces.

In a blender add chopped mango pieces, 1 tbsp cardamom powder, 2 cup milk, 5 strands saffron, 1 tbsp dry ginger powder & 2 tbsp jaggery powder.

Pour the mixture into glasses and serve chilled by adding ice-cubes.
Aamras the rejuvenating, tempting drink is ready.
Mango Mousse

In a pan, add 2 tbsp agar-agar(china grass) and 1 cup milk, stir it on low flame and let it simmer.

Add 2 cup mango puree, 1 cup sugar and 1/4 tbsp cinnamon powder into the mixture. Let the mouse mixture cool for some time.

Add 2 cup whipped cream into four serving glasses. Add mouse mixture and then again add cream. Repeat the process to form layers in the glasses.

While serving pour 2 tbsp lemon juice to give it an authentic taste.

Mango Halwa

In a bowl add 1/2 cup cornflour, add 1/2 cup water. Stir will to ensure no lumps are formed.

In a pan, add 6 tbsp ghee, when ghee gets lukewarm, add 2 cups mango puree.

Now add the cornflour mixture and let it thicken up.

Add 1 cup sugar and some more ghee to the pan.

Add 1 tbsp cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits and let it cool.
Tasty flavourful charming Mango Halwa is ready.
Mango Popsicles

Add 1/2 cup grated chocolate to 3 cup mango pulp and mix it well.

Whisk 2 cup cream, add 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1.5 tbsp vanilla essence and 1 cup milk.

Whisk the mixture until it becomes fluffy.

Set the mixture in a mould and freeze them together.
Frozen treat, No-cook mango popsicles is ready.
